Women in Engineering

UWindsor believes diversity is essential to creating a healthy and robust dialogue in the engineering workforce. The Faculty of Engineering is home to nine female professors, the University of Windsor's Women in Engineering (WiE) Club and The Women In Engineering Windsor Chapter of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE WIE).

UWindsor hosts Go ENG Girl and Badge Day in partnership with the Ontario Network of Women in Engineering (ONWiE). Both events encourage young girls to explore engineering through hands-on activities and meet women who are excelling as professional engineers.
