For over 24 years, Vale (formerly Vale Inco, CVRD Inco and Inco Limited), has supported CEMF to help young Canadian women become engineers. That support has taken the form of corporate grants and, starting in 2006, funding for engineering awards and travel costs to allow winners to attend the Awards Luncheon.
Winners may also receive a summer job opportunity with Vale, giving job, travel and professional experiences to the scholarship recipients.
